More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the images.

Also featured in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing various parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
